I began my Principalship during the 23-24 school year. Building on the school’s success the prior year, after returning from COVID, we have continued to see an escalating annual attendance rate each year.
We just hit a three-year high with the highest annual attendance rate out of all five magnet middle schools — 93.38% for 2024-25! That’s up from 91.84% last year and 90.81% the year before! Truly, our success this year is credited to our faculty and staff led by one of our phenomenal Teachers, Ms. Brown — together, our team organized 13 caregiver engagement events that transformed our community.
This is more than a number — it’s a testament to the power of our incredible students, rockstar staff, and unmatched family support. Every single day, we show up and show out because we believe in creating extraordinary school experiences for every child.
But we’re not done yet — next stop: 95% attendance! Let’s gooooo!
