I’ve had the opportunity and pleasure to participate in and lead important professional development experiences focused on building positive relationships within school communities and Tier 1 instructional practices to improve student learning outcomes.

As important as leading important system initiatives is getting to know the needs and expertise areas of the faculty, staff, children and our caregivers. It has been a pleasure to serve campuses with phenomenal members the school community who have been willing to design and lead high-impact professional development that responds to the site’s unique needs.
